Where is the festival?
Jazz Weekender is set under the Banyan Tree at 1AQ, Mehrauli, New Delhi.

Dates & Opening Hours Jazz Weekender 2024 will be held from Saturday, September 28th, to Sunday, September 29th. Day 1 - September 28th: Festival doors open at 4 PM. Music starts at 4:30 PM and continues until 10 PM. Day 2 - September 29th: Festival doors open at 2 PM. Music starts at 3 PM and continues until 10 PM. Our bars and F&B spaces will be operational until 11 PM each day.
Tickets A season pass includes access to the festival site for both days. An individual day pass provides access to the festival site for a single day of your choice.
When will tickets be available till? Can I buy them at the venue? Tickets will be available online until September 27th. On ground tickets may be available on the festival dates subjected to availability.
Will there be food available at the venue? We have selected food partners offering a variety of cuisines for purchase. Outside food or beverages are strictly not permitted.
Can I get a refund? Refunds are not available.
How do I get my wristband? Wristbands can be collected from the box office at the entrance of the festival on the days of the event.
Can I get involved? We are always looking for motivated individuals with skills that will help and improve the festival. If you’re interested to become part of the team, send in your resume to info@jazzweekender.in
Are pets allowed at the festival? Pets cannot be accommodated at this edition of the festival. For further assistance, please reach out to us.
What currency do I need on site? The local currency is Indian Rupees. Both cash and card payments will be accepted at stalls and bars.
Will there be ATM’s at the venue? There are no ATMs on-site, but a few are located within a short walking distance from the venue.
What is the venue type? This is an open-air festival concert.
Is this a seated show? Designated seating areas will be available. However, there will be no seating at the performance areas.
Is smoking allowed at the show? Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
What medical assistance will be available at the event? A fully equipped medical team will be present throughout the festival for your health and safety. If you have specific health conditions, such as heart problems, please consult your doctor before attending.
Drugs Policy Jazz Weekender has a zero-tolerance policy. Possession or use of any controlled substances will result in immediate removal from the festival grounds.
